When writing a resume, it is necessary to take into account the fact that no matter how carefully you hide your negative qualities, sooner or later they will still emerge. That is why literate people try to write a resume in such a way as to emphasize their strengths as much as possible, and make their negative sides invisible.

When filling out a sample resume, you should remember the main reason why this form is filled out at all: in the first place, this is a kind of check of the employer for your professional suitability, and also gives him all the necessary information about you that the manager needs to know. It is highly desirable that after reading your resume, the employer does not have any additional questions. In this case, the sample is considered to be completed correctly and successfully.

If, after you sent a resume to an organization that is looking for an employee, you did not get a call back, this may mean that the information you wrote was not liked by the employer. Or you are not suitable for this job for one reason or another. That is why you should make your resume not only informative, but also supplemented with some interesting information that will force the employer to make an appointment with you and talk in person. General writing guidelines

There are several guidelines that you can follow to write the right resume that will encourage the employer to invite you for an interview:

  • Clearly indicate the title of the desired position. No need to write something like: “Who will take it” – or the like. Write a specific position, preferably only one. It is better to make several resumes with different positions so as not to confuse the employer.
  • Decide on the desired salary and indicate the exact amount, preferably in a round number.
  • Do not use irony or sarcasm in your resume, and also refrain from jokes if you are applying for a serious position that requires you to be collected and efficient. If you are applying for a creative position, then this behavior will be very appropriate here.
  • Do not stretch the resume and write unnecessary information. Describe everything briefly and to the point, avoid unnecessary theses. But don’t make your resume too short. Do not leave blank fields, and try to answer the questions as informatively as possible.
  • It is advisable not to indicate in the resume the exact information that the employer does not need at this stage. Do not specify the exact address, Internet wallet number, intercom password, and the like. You can only enter a phone number.
  • Try to carefully check your resume for spelling and punctuation errors, and especially typos. A text written by an illiterate candidate will only cause a negative impression.
  • Control the flow of your imagination when you point out your strengths, as well as the programs that you own. Indicate only what you know exactly. You shouldn’t claim that you are proficient in Photoshop if you can only open it and paste text on the picture. Proficiency in certain programs implies knowledge of all aspects of their work.
  • If you attach a photo to your resume, then it should be relatively recent, it should clearly show your face, and it is also desirable that you look adequate on it.
  • Your CV should not exceed two A4 pages.
